Terms and conditions of substitution, with which you agree when buying goods in our store:

1. Online store “https://goofy-accs.shop” (hereinafter - “Shop”), is separately responsible for different groups of goods on the site.

2. The responsibility of the store and the procedure for returning non-valid (defective) goods in relation to Google accounts.

2.1 Shop guarantees the performance of accounts at the time of sale (transfer of accounts to the buyer). The buyer assumes all responsibility for the accounts, and is obliged to make sure that they work. To do this, you need to check the accounts immediately after purchase. The time to check the accounts for any type of ban is 60 minutes.

2.1.1 If as a result of checking found not working accounts, you must immediately write to the support of the store. Provide the order number, as well as a complete list of defective accounts.

2.1.2 After any actions in the account (linking a payment method, launching an advertising campaign) replacements are not made.

2.2 The store guarantees the absence of blocking on the accounts before you log in to them.

2.2.1 If the accounts are blocked before the purchase, the account is considered defective and is replaced. To receive a replacement you must provide the order number or mail to which the order was placed.

2.2.2 In case of detection of blocking on the accounts after 60 minutes after the purchase, the replacement of such accounts is not made.

3. Other replacement conditions.

3.1 If the claims to the product do not include any of the above situations, the problem of replacement is considered individually.

3.1.1 Fully valid accounts (goods) purchased in the store or issued through technical support without defects are not subject to return to the store or replacement. This also includes accounts purchased accidentally, by mistake, negligence, or for any other reason.

3.2 There are two options for compensation of defective goods: refund for each unit of goods, replacement of goods with a workable one.

3.3 Replacement is not provided if the goods were bought in store. Even provided that the accounts were not entered.

3.4 Buying in the store the buyer automatically agrees to all the rules of the store.
